Asunto on erittäin hyvin saavutettavissa . Raidejokerin pysäkki on vieressä ja Oulunkylän juna-asema noin 10 min kävelymatkan päässä.

Asunnon haltija lähettää paljon viestejä, osa tuli puolenyön tietämissä. Viesteissä toistetaan asioita, jotka on jo tiedotettu tai ovat luettavissa asunnolta löytyvissä ohjeissa. Vaatimus asunnon imuroinnista tuli esiin vasta asunnolla. Tällainen vaatimus tuntuu oudolta tämän tapaisessa toiminnassa. Kaikki eivät tällaiseen kykene. Eikä se tunnu muutenkaan asialliselta. Asuntoon pääsemisen ohjeet olivat sekavat. Tämä johtuu osittain talon rappujärjestelmästä. Asuntoon pääsemiseksi kuljetaan esim. pyörä varaston tai autotallin kautta. Nämä kulkuohjeet tulisi antaa etukäteen ja selkeästi. Ruokapöydän reunassa on metallinen laatta, joka repii vaatteita ja ihoa. Onneksi huomasimme sen ajoissa. Ilmoituksessa luvattua ilmaista pysäköintipaikkaa ei ollut. Sellaisia kyllä löytyy ...kadun varrelta toki sillä edellytyksellä, että niitä on vapaana. Varaudu siihen, että joudut kävelemään pitkäänkin autopaikalle. Tullessa ja lähtiessä auto kanattaa ajaa ylemmälle pysäköinnin tasolle.

Well positioned for transport except when arriving very late at the airport. Comfortable compact apartment with a lovely balcony. Near by supermarket. Kitchen good but coffee could be provided when a coffee machine is present.

great apartment overall - very modern, has a dyson air refresher, a hairdryer and a tv. great cosy balcony. metro is 9 min walk from the apartment, very easy to access to city centre.

it is promised that check in is from 15pm, however, the owner said the apartment will be ready from 17pm. also, the key is received via R kioski, and since it was the first time i was receiving the key that way, the owner did not provide clear instructions, so i was confused and had to ask twice. also, in the end of your stay you are asked to take off the sheets and vacuum the floors yourself, which as per my experience is not a usual practice. not a minus, but a note - the apartment has a cool smeg coffee maker, but if you want to actually use it - bring your own coffee as there is none in the apartment.

We were left stranded for about an hour with no way to contact the tenants, even thou the phone number on the resoavation was ringing no one answered, after driving some 600kms these folkes demande we arrive at there gaseted time with no lea way. The place is run like a military school. Thanks to an extremaley friendly understanding neighbour finally made phone contact which took yet another 15min to arrive. We rent aparments all over the world but this one was duzzy.

This is a beautifully decorated little home with pretty much everything you might need: bathtub, washing machine, stove, pots & pans and dishes, etc. The location is quiet, peaceful, yet convenient to both downtown Helsinki and the airport. There is a terrific Nepalese/Indian restaurant around the corner and lots of opportunities to explore nature not too far away.

They really didn't detract from my overall experience but just want to point out a few things: 1) There is no on-site parking so if you have an injury, as I did, and can't be schlepping bags on the very convenient tram, you will need to learn the rules of nearby streets, eg. you will need a parking disk for free but timed parking. 2) Coffee, creamer, sugar, etc. was not supplied and the local market I went to did not have any small packages for the nespresso capsule machine or drip machine so I ended up buying a box of instant coffee that includes the cream and sugar in each packet; 3) Key pick-up is at a separate location 5-10 minutes away. I found it easily and the staff was nice but I really had to go to the bathroom by that time and I was moving quite slowly to and from the car, and the apartment itself (which is somewhat difficult to find) because of this injury I had. So just keep in mind to use the toilet before you leave the airport! 4) The bathtub does not have its own plumbing, i.e. one needs to bring the hand-held shower device over to the tub to fill it, which means one needs to be happy with the temperature and height of the fill and turn off and replace the device BEFORE getting into the bath. Then the drain just releases under an opening between the tub and the floor and into the shower area and you can use the squeegie thingy to push the water towards the drain. I really enjoyed my bath so it's no big deal, I just found it odd. 5) There is a beautiful hand-made light fixture above the dining table that I hit my head on a couple of times when getting up from the table so I recommend you NOT use the chair closest to the sink :) 6) Again, not a big deal, but the host expects you to strip the bed, remove the garbage, and vacuum the floors before you check-out. So just plan enough time for all of that.
