Pia's Home in pieno centro storico

Najbolji smještaj u kojem sam boravila kroz putovanja. Komforan, uredan, čist, sa svim potrebnim (pa i više od očekivanog) na raspolaganju. Pia je savršena najmodavka, preporučila nam je bezbroj mjesta za obilazak na našem putovanju, pomogla sa svim potrebnim, pustila nas ranije sa stvarima u apartman te nam na polovici našeg boravka zamijenila i ručnike te posteljinu. Iznimno simpatična a stan odličan i za sve preporuke. Lokacija je takodjer odlična, u samom centru Palerma. Vjerujem da ćemo doći ponovo. Hvala draga Pia 😊

A localização é central (na Via maqueda, junto a quattro canti com a Vitor Emmanuel) e está no centro histórico. Junto dos principais mercados tradicionais de rua (Ballaró, Capo e Vucciria), hipermercado moderno, estação de comboios e atrações turísticas. Apesar do movimento da rua, a O alojamento é silencioso e permite um excelente descanso. O apartamento contém todas as comodidades e é muito espaçoso. As camas são grandes e muito confortáveis. A cozinha está toda equipada. A Maria Pia foi excesional e deu-nos todas as dicas importantes. Aproveitamos todas e foram excelentes. Esteve sempre disponível. Voltaríamos aqui.

Ubicación ideal, central, cerca de todo lo interesante de Palermo: palacios, iglesias, restaurantes, supermercado (LIDL a 5 minutos), mercados... Apartamento muy tranquilo, interior, sin ruidos, a pesar de lo centrico del lugar. Excelente la comunicación con Pía, la anfitriona, siempre disponible y dispuesta a facilitar las cosas al huésped. Buena información turistica previa, elaborada por Pía, disponible en el apartamento. Apartamento muy bien equipado con todo lo necesario para estar muy cómodo. Muebles y vajilla con personalidad, "no-Ikea". Flexibilidad de Pia en el horario de checkout. En definitiva: excelente opción para disfrutar unos días en Palermo!

Por encontrar un par de puntos no ideales: Wifi con velocidad mejorable - para una videoconferencia debi recurrir a datos del teléfono. Acceso con varios tramos de escalera (en todo caso, excelente ejercicio de cardio y fuerza ! :-)

Good location Helpful staff Quiet Clean

Bed was a bit hard. Balconies very small and scaffolding right outside the window.

It was in the centre of the town, which was very convenient for museums and entertainment. The property was very good , very clean and has all the facilities. Maria was exceptional good always there to help. Thank you Maria definitely I will come again

The apartmebt location is very good. It is located on main steet. The orientation of the apartment is also very good because it looks at the yard so that noise from the street is not heard. The apartment is very clean. The kitchen has everything to longer and for shorter stays. Pia is a kind of hospitable. She prepared for us a little brochure what should be seen in Palermo, that was very useful. We will definitely stay again in this apartment if we descide to wisit Palermo one more time.

Amazing apartment in the hear of the city, with everything you need. Close to the central bus & train station and also walking distance to all the center. The host was very nice and nade sure we are all set up.

We were satisfied with everything. It's a wonderful apartment in the old city center. Pia is a very nice person, who can be counted on at any time, for anything.

Central location. Inner court yard so it eas free of the noise on the street. Comfortable bed. A free standing fan was very appreciated . Pia was so helpful. She called us to be sure we had everything we needed A very authentic apartment that met our needs

Lighting over the sink was difficult towork around if you are tall. Sewer smell that came up from the bidet . Easily fixed with grey tape. Outside of the building is very run down but there were several nice accommodations within. Many stairs that would make it difficult with large luggage or mobility problems
