Was the worst customer experience I have experienced while in Spain. I was traveling with my dog and made a mistake booking this hotel which is not dog friendly. The lady started screaming at me as soon as I tried to walk in the lobby and treated me so bad. I was crying and literally very upset and she was acting so crazy I’ve never seen anything like it. Unfortunately just a horrible experience and extremely disrespectful workers.

The property feels really quiet and relaxing in the countryside but is in the middle of a small village. We were surprised to find some AMAZING restaurants in the village too literally within a minutes walk. The location is good and bad depending on what you are after- you need a car to travel to the beach/ local towns but the village feels very authentic and not touristy which is exactly what we wanted. There is also a great gated car park so parking was easy unlike some hotels with only street parking. Some of the Mallorca’s most famous beaches are within 20 minutes drive as well as santanyi market only 10 minutes away. Overall the hotel was beautiful, very high standard and clean. The room was really spacious. The pool area was amazing, we were a couple but there were also families and never more than a couple of people in at once. We also returned from mornings out and never had trouble getting a sunbed at all. Finally, the staff were really helpful on check in and check out.

Only one tiny improvement would be a mirror in the bedroom area, not just the bathroom!

Old towels, rooms smelt old, musty mouldy using strong frargeance to cover up smell, room had a rooftop door which cannot be shut so it will be bright light in the mornings,bed was very hard and pillows very soft so sleep was terrible

The staff at the hotel were amazing! They answered any queries I had via email and were very helpful on our visit. Everything was clean and the hotel room was lovely.
