"Good property, worst host."

Collection of the property key was very easy. The room is very clean and just as it looks in the photo. The location is also very good.

Anyway, the host's service was poor. The check-in and check-out instructions were sent to me on the morning of the day itself, and I had to request them. Also, as I stayed there for business trip, I needed an invoice addressed to my company. I had repeatedly requested it even before I arrived, but even a week after my leaving, they still hadn't sent it. I wouldn't recommend this apartment for this reason.

"Location is great, facilities are good, beds a bit short (if you’re tall)"

Great location Comfortable space Nice and quiet

The beds are too short for tall people and the mattress quality is just average. There were a lot of dirty windows, mirrors and door handles.

"Superb"

This accommodation was top notch. Myself, my wife and two young children stayed here for 2 nights and I have to compliment the arrangements made from booking this property to checking out. Was completely hassle free and within walking distance of Picadilly Train Station. Would definitely stay again

Just beware of a small number of steps to access this property, it was a little awkward when carrying buggies

"Exceptional"

The apartment was contemporary in design and very comfortable. There were temperature controls for the heating in every room plus underfloor heating in the bathrooms. The location was convenient for public transport and the main shopping area/Arndale Centre, restaurants and pubs, being very close to China town. Emmanuel, the host, was very accommodating to our individual requests. I can recommend and would definitely use again.

We had a great time at this apartment. The communication was super easy and quick, and the place looks exactly like it does in the pictures. The apartment is great, clean and has everything you need. I would definitely stay here again!
