La proprietaria molto gentile, l’appartamento pulito e ordinato.

Per essere dicembre i caloriferi scaldavano poco, comunque con la coperta si stava bene.

"Pulita e accogliente"

La posizione è vicinissima all'inalpi, 5-10 minuti a piedi, camere spaziose, pulite e arredate con gusto. Abbiamo apprezzato molto la presenza di tanti accessori, il caffè e piccole cose utili che fanno la differenza e hanno reso la casa davvero accogliente. La proprietaria è stata gentilissima e flessibile, soprattutto per esserci venuta incontro alla richiesta di modifica dell'orario di check-in e per averci aiutato a trovare parcheggio proprio sotto casa.

La struttura è in buone condizioni ma un po' datata. Essendo il 28 novembre faceva piuttosto freddo ed entrava qualche spiffero, forse gli infissi sarebbero da rimodernare.

Dovrebbero modernizzarsi con una cassetta con codice invece di aspettarti in casa come fossero carabinieri a chiedere il documento, facendoci ripagare la tassa di soggiorno. Abbiamo preso un appartamento per le due camere (non essendo una coppia) e nella telefonata, per accordarsi nell’orario, mi è stato chiesto quale camera preferivamo per dormire così ne avrebbero preparata solo una. Mai successa una cosa del genere. Asciugamani che sapevano di sigaretta, federe del letto gialle. Per il resto era pulita.
