If you plan to arrive after 19:00, please call Hôtel balladins Lyon/Chanas in advance. Guests planning on arriving after 11:00 on Sunday must contact the property in advance. November 1: Breakfast service from 8am to 12pm, no physical reception (only the terminal will be available) until breakfast service resumes on Tuesday November 12 at 6:30am. December 25: Reception closed (only the terminal will be available), no breakfast service on the morning of December 25, resumption on December 26 at 6:30 am. January 1: Reception closed (only terminal available), no breakfast service, resuming on January 2 at 6:30 am. Please note property is open from 7 a.m. to 11 a.m. on Saturday and it is closed between 11 a.m. and 5 p.m. Reopening from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m. On Sunday it is open from 8 a.m. to 12 p.m. and only reopens the next day Monday at 6:30 a.m. A deposit may be required at the property.
