Great host. Few minor cosmetic things but was great for us !

15 minute walk to fantasy island and the caravan had 3 bedrooms which suited us

Upon check in we were immediately very disappointed with the cleanliness of this caravan - probably one of the most dirty places I’ve ever stayed I honestly couldn’t believe they let us check in with it like this (pictures attached) - looks like it hadn’t been cleaned in months the double bedroom had an awful damp mouldy smell which you couldn’t get rid of - the crockery was dirty, the floor was dirty the walls were dirty, the pillows on the sofa were saggy and stained the curtains were hanging on by a thread the kitchen bin had no bag but had a fag butt and rubbish sat in the bottom, very shoddy old caravan it was very disappointing, it was one of them places where you daren’t touch anything in there as it just felt so dirty like you’d catch something - it’s clear the owner has no pride in this caravan and rents it out on here for a quick and easy profit

Location and how spacious for 6 of us. The beds were very comfy, and it had plenty of crockery. The living room settee was comfy and spacious. The site was very peaceful and quiet. There was a bar/restaurant close by with a play area for the children, too.

Great location and campsite. Stayed here before and would stay again.

Not really the fault of anyone but it was 26 degrees so the caravan was extremely hot, I do think it could have been cleaned a little better before our arrival but overall I was happy with the stay,

The location was handy walking distance to beach shops ect It says close to fantasy Island but u can’t cut across so it’s a long walk

Bit of a mixed review sadly, So at first glance the caravan is a nice basic caravan for a night or two. The owner was good at answering my questions before the stay. But did throw me off when asking for a deposit (which there was no mention of before making the booking, so I refused as didn’t feel comfortable sending money to a random account when using booking.com for protection) They said on this one occasion they’d waver it but I don’t think it’s right this happens when using booming.com to be protected. The smell of drugs around the caravan and on the site was shocking, Sadly in the double bedroom it was so strong, it was really unpleasant. Especially when you have children with you. Then when getting into bed on the evening the double bed is so hard i had an awful back the next morning and couldn’t sleep that night anyway, I truly don’t no how anyone can sleep on that bed it’s rock solid. The smell of weed around the park is so breath taking, such a shame as I feel it could off been a really good base for a night or two. And we would have returned had it not been an awful hard double bed, and the smell of weed. Because of this we wouldn’t return.

Very big enough space and rooms for me my Mrs and 4 kids, lovely location and had lovely other visitors too, had a nice 3 day stay. The maintanance guys also came to check on us if everything was fine and if we were happy, the owner also contacted me if everything was ok, been going all over uk 🇬🇧 caravan parks, but this one my kids already planning next year. Well priced, well maintained can’t go wrong for a family holiday Absolutely loved it 💯👍❤️
