Άνετο δωμάτιο, Καλή τοποθεσία, καθαρό.

Locația aproape de metrou si alte mijloace de transport, acces usor către centru Pireu, metrou către Atena si tramvaiul 7 care merge in zona plajelor. Cazarea este complet utilata si echipata, spațiu destul de mare in camera pe care am avut-o si prețul mai accesibil decât alte cazari din zona. Exista cod de acces inclusiv pe etaj, ceea ce ofera siguranța. Prezenta aerului condiționat a ajutat foarte mult; fiind destul de cald fara el (la început de iunie).

Clădirile din jur arata deplorabil, este si foarte mizerie pe străzi, influentand si starea generala pe care o poți avea cand te indrepti către/de la locație (nesiguranță, frică pe alocuri). As sfătui proprietatea sa schimbe samponul/gelul de dus, acesta fiind de proasta calitate (am regretat ca nu am adus de acasa). Liftul este destul de galagios si se aude cam la orice ora (posibil sa fie si pentru ca am avut camera de lângă lift). Sub canapeaua din camera de zi se putea observa praf/mizerie. Cred ca ar trebui sa fie mai atent curățate si zonele care nu sunt vizibile din prima.

Not a great area, apartment was ok but floor dirty, sofa bed didn’t work and the building just felt sad

Near port. Bakery and supermarket close by. Modern interior suitable for couple. But not more as sofa bed not functional.

Sofa bed not functional, hard pillows, exterior and common are very run down. Area surround a bit rough. Property unclean however rectified swiftly. Not good value for money

Good clean studio, ample space, also in bathroom. Comfortable bed. Lifts worked well. There was good communication with the virtual staff, and the access codes worked easily.

This is not a hotel; there are no staff, no reception, no early check-in or late check-out is allowed, you cannot leave your luggage before check-in or after checkout. The ground floor entrance to the building is shabby and the accommodation is on floors 6 & 7 of an otherwise disused building.

Tesis temizdi. Rahatsızlık veren kimse yoktu. Oldukça sessiz ve metroya yakın olması da büyük bir avantajdı. Dairenin içi yenilenmiş ve klima vardı. Bu anlamda oldukça konforluydu.

Beğenmediğim tek şey konumuydu. Şehrin daha çok banliyo mahallesindeydi. Özellikle gece yarısından sonra pek tekin bir cadde izlenimi vermedi.Çocuklu aile ile gelinmeyecekse yine de tercih edilebilir.

Great location (very close to the port and metro), clean and with a very easy check in process. We had a ferry leaving Piraeus early the next day and the accommodation was ideal.

Downside being so close to Piraeus port was that the surrounding streets were a bit noisy at night - it didn't impact sleep personally however.
