I loved the fact that property is dog friendly as that was the reason we booked it. Garden is great and we enjoyed every moment there. All beds are comfortable and our sleep was excellent.

Location - we had to drive to town every night as it was quite a distance to walk. Walking down to town is easier than walking at the way up in the night. Property doesn’t include parking space, and my car is quite long. However, we always managed to find a space close to the building because it was out of the inner centre. We were three people and it is a bit tight, but manageable.

Appartement refait à neuf, bien agencé. Climatisation dans pièce de vie et chambre. Parking facile dans la rue.

La salle de bain est vraiment minuscule, pas beaucoup d'ustenciles pour cuisiner. Appartement situé sur les hauteurs, attention, il faut aimer marcher pour descendre au centre ville mais ça se fait tout de même sans problème.

Appartamento nuovo ben tenuto con giardino attrezzato, ottima posizione e’ necessario usare l’auto per spostarsi verso il centro ma si può andare anche a piedi 15 minuti di camminata soltanto che per tornare la strada è tutta in salita.

Pulizia, casa molto comoda, terrazzo, posizione.

Appartamento nuovo ed arredato con estrema cura, dotato di tutti i confort, dalla tv oled alla lavatrice/asciugatrice!! Menzione speciale al terrazzo, organizzato con due poltrone e tavolo da cui abbiamo potuto ammirare il Tramonto gustandoci l aperitivo. Vicino all’ appartamento c’è un market comodo per Qlcs evenienza. Nonostante fosse su una strada abbastanza trafficata, non abbiamo sentito rumori. Non c’è il Parcheggio privato ma Siamo stati fortunati a trovare sempre posto vicino all’ appartamento. Presenti anche bollitore, macchinetta del caffè e tostapane.

The apartment is beautifuly designed, very modern and clean. Living room area with the kitchen is spacious, bedroom is very cozy with big enough wardrobe to fit all your belongings. The view from the large balcony is stunning, especially during sunset. Washer and dryer was also useful. Towels and bathrobes were provided, very high quality, honestly much softer and fluffier than in some hotels. There is AC in both - living room and the bedroom. Yianna - our host was great, always quick to reply to our questions, very helpful and kind. Check in was super easy too. She arranged a complimentary cleaning in the middle of our stay which we really appreciated. The apartment doesn't have a private parking spot but we were always able to find a spot on the main street not far from the apartment. The old town is about 20mins walk so close enough to visit whenever you want but far enough so the noise doesnt bother you at night. It is also a great starting point for exploring the island and some of the beautiful beaches.

We loved everything about the apartment. If I had to nitpick, maybe one more frying pan and cutting board could be added to the kitchen to make the cooking process even easier but that's honestly the only tiny thing I can think of. Overall the kitchen is greatly equipped.

This was my second stay at this wonderful apartment in Rethymno, and I would absolutely return if given the chance. Everything exceeded my expectations once again. The apartment is perfectly located up the hill, which was ideal for me as I love to walk. Despite being uphill, it’s incredibly convenient - just a 10-minute walk down to the beach and about 20 minutes back up at a very comfortable pace. I enjoyed walking down different streets and observing the daily life of the city's inhabitants. The peaceful setting of the apartment overlooks a beautiful orange orchard, creating a quiet and cozy atmosphere that makes you feel completely relaxed. The apartment itself is spotless, modern, and thoughtfully designed. The bed was very comfortable with high-quality linens, and both rooms have excellent curtains that block out all light for perfect sleep. Even during very hot weather, I never needed to use the air conditioning because the apartment stays naturally cool and comfortable. The highlight of my stay was definitely the patio. With comfortable seating, it became my favorite spot for morning coffee and evening drinks. The view of the orange orchard is simply lovely, and the mosquito mesh on the patio door is a thoughtful touch that lets you enjoy the fresh air without any bother. Everything you could need is provided: a well-equipped kitchen with all utensils, dishware, glasses, coffee pod machine, stove, oven, fridge, toaster, and electric kettle. The bathroom includes quality soap and shampoo, with solar-heated water that’s always warm. There’s also a washing machine, dryer, and outdoor drying rack for convenience. The smart TV easily connects to Netflix, Disney+, and other streaming platforms for relaxing evenings. The landlady deserves special recognition - Yianna was incredibly helpful and responsive throughout my stay. She provided excellent recommendations for local restaurants and attractions, and always replied to my messages immediately.

Renovated kitchen area, brand new electronic appliances, spacious, renovated nice bathroom, and the big patio was very nicely coordinated as a garden. Also, the clothes iron was broken but the landlord replaced it immediately with a new one, as we really needed it (appreciate it). I also asked for extra set of towels which came super fast, upon charge of course.

I had paid my 7 days stay, all well in advance. There was obviously a misunderstanding in the booking (I booked for 1 while for most of the days we were 2 people) which resulted to a small charge on top, which normally shouldn’t be an issue. Of course I would pay the extra charge. But the landlord was very pushy to get this extra money to the point that she consistently texted me being very persistent to close it much earlier than the checkout. She didn’t respect my holidays, or the fact that some days I was out of the house for the full day, or have in her mind that I was there for some peace moments. While I wanted to consult first Booking (as the extra fee over booking was lower vs the one requested in cash), and then weight my payment options. She even reached to the point to alert me that her husband would pass by to collect the money (all this for only 70€) fact that made me feel threatened. At the end a family member of her knocked on my door without a warning, to collect the money. The fact that I am renting an apartment does not give the right to the owner to come whenever they want. I haven’t felt safe during my stay there due to the way the owner communicated, in passive aggressive tone, keeping the needed vocabulary to tick the box in booking requirements, but in reality, she was disrespectful to my personal space and vacation days. I don’t know how the owner communicates with tourist from other countries but apparently she failed in showing Greek hospitality to a Greek. At the end I requested all communications to occur only via booking as I couldn’t bear the pressure of her comms style. Lastly, I had my small dog for the 2nd half of my stay (dog checked in at the 5th day of my stay) and I informed her that my dog will come, beforehand. What I received as an answer is that she needed to check the T&Cs and any fee that would apply.

Everything, very relaxed place and the view was amazing, the host Yianna was day and night to our disposal, very friendly and helpful, it was close to the old city by walking. Whenever we go back it will without any doubt be there again.

If there would be one small thing in case you rent a car like we did, it can be difficult to find a spot to park but we were lucky and found one very close to the appartment.
