Está bem equipada e a localização é top! Uma sugestão: colocar máquina de café.

Apareceu uma barata na cozinha e reportei a situação ao número que me deram, através do Whatsapp, responderam e disseram que iam tratar. Mais tarde, uma vez que não me disseram nada, perguntei se tinham resolvido, pergunta à qual não obtive resposta, até hoje. Só ficou mal e daí estar a reportar aqui a situação, se tivessem tido outro comportamento, não vinha aqui expôr. O código para abrir a porta dificilmente funciona. É um filme. Apanhamos uma tempestade e por diversas vezes apanhamos chuva, porque demoravamos uma eternidade para conseguir abrir a porta, porque o código nem sempre dava. E dar à primeira, era uma vitória. No quarto, há muita iluminação de manhã. Deviam pensar em meter ou uma cortina ou um estore.

The house is located nicely, close to a nearby beach and free parking in front of it, where you usually find parking available. The house is a duplex, with a bedroom living room kitchen, and bathroom, which were all fairly modern. The host was, aside from below experience, overall nice.

TL;DR: Massive cockroach problem due to poor door isolation (large gaps they slipped through). Host was refunding costs, but only partially leaving us with 120€ extra costs for the required hotel move. The main reason for this negative review is that, on the 3rd day, we had a cockroach invasion with insufficient help and compensation from the host—one of my worst housing experiences ever (and I’ve traveled a lot). Coming home at night, we saw a large cockroach in the kitchen hallway (American type). It ran toward us and the exit—we hoped it would leave, but quickly realized it could easily crawl under the main door. Soon, we saw more around the door and inside the kitchen, near the balcony glass door. Within minutes, 7–8 cockroaches were running and flying inside. Poor isolation of both doors was the real issue. We had to kill several to not have them crawl up our stuff and fly into our faces. When calling the host, he first told us to check under the sink for chemicals (none there) and hung up mid-call. On the second call, he said he couldn’t come and we should leave, promising a refund—so far, terrible but acceptable. We moved to a hotel that night (11 pm), costing €280 for two nights. After some debate, we received only €160 back, leaving us with €120 uncovered. This, I felt, in addition to the trauma we had, felt like a slap in the face tbh. We are happy about some kind of refund, but would have appreciated a higher refund for the experience we had. Not recommended. Additional issues: Duplex meant bathroom not on same floor as bedroom, which was annoying.

Location is fantastic, walk to the beach across the street.

Parking lot is free and close,but you can get caught with no spots available.
