San Luis Downtown & Pool Apartment

We had high expectations of the apartment after reading the reviews, and what can I say, they were fully met. The apartment is small but fine, modern, new, quiet, bright, cool, very well equipped and cozy. The shower was my highlight because it is large and has a rain and hand shower. There is a pool on the roof terrace, which we used every day. And thanks to the large parasol, we didn't have to look for shade. Check-in and check-out is very straightforward and we were in constant contact with Modesto if we had any questions. The location was perfect for us, on the edge of the old town, with a small supermarket nearby as well as a pharmacy, restaurants, hairdresser etc. You don't have a view from the apartment, it overlooks an inner courtyard, but this also gives you peace and quiet and, after all, you're out and about during the day. It also has 2 air conditioning units, 1 in the living room and 1 in the bedroom which can be set independently of each other, which is perfect. Thank you for an all-round successful stay.

Modesto's apartment had everything we needed, and it was very comfortable and spotlessly clean. It's also incredibly quiet. It's a bit of a walk to some of the main sites, but we didn't mind this at all as it was interesting to see a less touristy side of Seville along the way. Modesto is incredibly kind and thoughtful, & gave us some good recommendations for eating.

The location was great, just 10 minutes walk to the centre of Seville. Nearby was a number of bars and restaurants and a supermarket just 100 metres away, a superb location. The apartment was fantastic, really tastefully decorated and catered for everything that we needed. The apartment is in a beautiful building and has been renovated to a high standard. Modesto as a host, was fantastic and always quick to respond to any questions, and couldn't have been more helpful. We plan to re-visit the wonderful city of Seville again and would not hesitate to book the same apartment.

One of the best accommodations we have ever been to. Self-service accommodation process. In the center and at the same time complete peace and quiet. A beautiful apartment that is clean and makes you feel very welcome. Perfect bed, pillow and duvet. The apartment is situated in an inner block, so it does not have a view. Which we didn't mind at all because we were out all day. We would like to thank the owner for his attention, helpfulness during the accommodation (we arrived in the morning and the apartment was already available at noon) and for the speed of response to any of our questions. There is nothing to complain about this accommodation and I recommend it to other visitors to Seville with absolute confidence and peace of mind.

Clean and comfortable. The apartment is quite small, but there are lots of drawers and places to put things which helps a great deal. Well equipped kitchen with oil, herbs etc and a coffee maker with pods to use. Lovely white fluffy towels!!!
