Beautiful property on the lake, friendly staff and very helpful. Only a few minutes to downtown lake Geneva.

Lack of privacy on balcony. Toilet was dirty and stained. Jacuzzi tub needs updating. Loft gets hot because no air conditioning unit upstairs.

Perfect location, gorgeous view of the lake

The quality of tap water is unacceptable. Smells like dead fish, couldn’t even rinse the soap off, not even talking about taking a shower. And the room has a whirlpool tub that impossible to use because if water

Lovely cottage on a beautiful lake. Bed was very comfy. Room very clean and decor very nice. Very nice common room. Lake Geneva and area very nice. Excellent food at restaurant. Nice fridge and coffee maker. Nice bottle of Prosecco on arrival.

Front porch needs good power wash and paint. Needs new screen door due to poor fit and gapping. Bathroom and spa need updated. Need hangars for closet? Fireplace not working. Very disappointed. Owner did take a look. Cathy very apologetic and gave us a nice bottle of wine, but room was expensive, and fireplace was expected. No ice machines. Will book top cottage next time, noise from above loud. No front desk.
