USI did not have instruction (whether I just didn't see them or what, I don't know) but the manager/owner was extremely prompt and helpful when I panicked and had to ask how to open the lockbox. He even called and then sent me written instructions via text that helped us get in. When we thought a member of the group left a neck pillow in the apartment, the contact was very prompt to help look for it and get back with me. Overall, it has wonderful "old world" ambiance and it (as one person put it) "was cool."
The loft was a rather tight fit for getting into, especially if one was not petite or had even medium sized luggage to get up the spiral staircase. Please clean the dust off louvered doors (especially in the downstairs bedroom w/o the bath) and art displays. It would enhance the art and ambiance. The Saturday night we stayed there was very noisy with street noise, people partying. I thought it had three baths but there were actually two full/one 1/2 baths.

The beds had very thin mattresses and the pillows were flat resulting in a poor night’s sleep.

The over priced parking at the parking garage it was 61$. No on the street parking due to tourist. Got a 250$ parking ticket

USIT WAS PERFECT SIZE FOR ME AND GROUP IS LOCATED IN OLD TOWN AND YOU CAN WALK TO EVERYTHING NO NEED FOR CAR , THE AC WORK GREATE AND I RECOMMEND THIS PLACE
