I'm going at hotel raj Mahal but there is a receiption Tell me mentenance is hotel no allow sorry not good service this hotel I'm stay outside full night

Nothing like this hotel not check in

I did not like anything because the hotel owner was ride, fraud and lier..When I told him about booking he said he dint recieve any booking through booking.com and has issues with OYO. I have already prepaid half payment to OYO.He asked me for new vooking with full payment...Since it was 12 am niggg n old parents with me i agreed to stay there..He charged me 1500 per room which was otherwise costing 522 per night..He took advantage of our situation and gave us worst rooms which were not clean, old, the geyser was not working..He took rxtra money from us and did not offer us even breakfast saying breakfast is not available...In my stay of 2 nights, the owners didi not privide us any facilities.When we entered the rooms, the hotel rooms were even not clean nad there was continuous smell of cigereetes.Please balcklist this hotel as the hotel owner and entire staff are fraud and liers and cheaters.

They raise the prices once you reach there if you haven't talked to them after booking hotel and then you have to wait 2-3 hours to connect to booking.com's customer service
