Health-Hazardous Apartment Due to Mold Infestation STRONGLY DISCOURAGED Just a few hours after our arrival, we began to notice the presence of mold: a very distinct, suffocating, and throat-irritating smell that was unbearable. Shortly after, we discovered visible mold on the wall in the room, which we immediately reported to the owner. She admitted that the apartment had previously been flooded in the very same area where we took the photo. Upon receiving this confirmation, I immediately contacted Booking.com customer service. Due to the health risk posed to our child, we decided to leave the apartment after just one night. Conditions like these are absolutely unacceptable, especially when traveling with a small child. The owner was aware we were traveling with a baby — we even sent her the child’s ID. Nevertheless, she chose not to inform us about the condition of the apartment. I would like to emphasize that this was a very upsetting and stressful situation for us, and from the beginning I sought to resolve it as quickly and officially as possible. I contacted Booking.com support several times — every time I spoke with someone on the helpline, they agreed that this situation was unacceptable and advised us to switch apartments, which we ultimately did. Unfortunately, the mold caused serious health symptoms which I can provide a medical certificate as well. I have photographic documentation of the mold in the apartment. I genuinely wouldn’t wish this experience on anyone, especially not when traveling with a small child or during a holiday. To this day, we have not received any refund for this apartment.

Very clean, everything you need in the apartment, comfy bed, it's nice that you have 2 supermarkets next to the building, bus station and train station very close so you can go easily everywhere you want. Everything is perfect!

The location is excellent

the location is in front of local transportation and near of supermarket the host is very kind and give advice for any information about COMO any time and fast replay i like staying there and this will be my place to stay next time Thanks Silvia

The apartment was first class and very well equipped including well stocked welcome tea, coffee containers and even salad dressings. The 'extras' of a bottle of bubbly and panatonne were appreciated. The hosts came to the flat in the late evening to sort out an issue with Netlix.without being asked. Also very convenient to get the bus into Town

The location is excellent, and the facilities are great. A special thanks to Silvia from the staff, who was incredibly helpful and made our stay even better.
