Arrival at the flat is automatic, and there will be no staff to greet you in person. It is essential to follow the arrival instructions provided to gain access to the accommodations. In case of problems on arrival, we will be available to assist you until 24:00. After that time, you will be able to access the flat using the instructions provided, but there will be no further assistance from us. Please plan your arrival in advance and make sure you have everything you need for a smooth check-in. All guests must complete their online registration prior to arrival, in accordance with local regulations as set out in Royal Decree 933/2021 of 26 October. Once the booking is confirmed, a link will be sent to proceed with the registration. During the verification process, guests must fill in all the data requested, as well as upload a photo of themselves for online validation. This step is necessary to verify the identity of each guest. The process will be carried out through the application ‘Chekin’, a company specialized in the management of travelers' registrations. Arrival instructions will not be sent until all guests have successfully completed the check-in process.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. "Good location but poor value for money."

Pretty good location and easy enough to find.

Poor value. The most expensive of the properties we used during a trip round Andalucìa and the lowest quality. It was a weekend so we expected to pay a bit more but expected a similar standard to the other apartments. It was clean, but the furnishings needed a refresh. Floor peeling and damaged, marks on the walls and just looked a bit unloved. Plus the bed was directly in front of the door so very noisy when neighbours came back. A lot of noise from the street and one cockroach visited the bathroom.

"Outstanding experience!"

The location of the property is very very convenient! Close to the city center, points of interest, bars, and restaurants. The place is extremely clean and cozy, it has everything you need to make your stay a wonderful one. Nacho, the host, is super kind and willing to support with any doubts and recommendations. I will definitely book this place whenever I go back to Seville.

To be honest there's nothing I didn't like!

"I would recommend this property for a great stay in Sevilla!"

Its interesting location , away from the tourist areas but with plenty of locals and bars, cafes, restaurants on our doorstep . It was very convenient. About 6 euros from the bus station by taxi. It was a comfortable apartment also. Our host was kind, helpful and kept in contact and check in was very easy.

All was good!
