The Clee Hotel - Cleethorpes, Grimsby, Lincolnshire

I loved the location to the centre & beach front

Booking.com handling our booking booked with booking.com for many years never any complaints. Requested via messages for a groundfloor room due to my father-in-law bearing end if his life & using a wheelchair that wed gave a wheelchair accessible room (didnt happen) again also mentioned that one of our guests had a gluen & lactose allergy for breakfast (me) didnt pass this info on either... they did at the hotel have almond milk okay for me but others not so.the next day they'd sourced bread & cornflakes for me bless even the breakfast lady went & got gluten porridge for me but cos it had milk I couldn't have it.so I cant fault the Clee Hotel Team at all but booking.com you really do need to communicate more we had to pay additional monies for our breakfast stay where you saud we'd be accommodated with food & easy access for disabled. -4star for booking.com but +4star for Clee Hotel only thing id add is a microwave in family rooms for help in sterilising items but we got round that & would stay again & the Hidden Gem was a great find within the Clee Hotel

Pleasant and very polite staff, ideal for location and close for all amenity's.

The room was large and very clean with everything you need. And we could have our dog stay with us.

The staff are very welcoming and accommodating towards me and my dog, also they had no issue with me checking in within the hour of booking will definitely stay again

Can't complain about anything
