"Heartbreaking"

Location only

Very poor cleaning dust everywhere, bed linen not ironed, blinds and windows filthy log burner full of ash, no basics salt, oil , kitchen roll, bathroom sink filthy. Devastated holiday took a lot of hard saved money to take my poorly husband away!!
