"Very disappointing...."

I picked this location because it was on the beach in Belleair. I was unable to use the beach at all because of the construction on the beach. Was told to use Beach access at another location. Because of my work schedule I had very little time to enjoy the beach, which is why I picked a beachfront hotel. This alone was the primary reason for choosing this hotel. COMPLETE FAIL!

The day before my arrival I received an email from the owner stating "they just received notice that beach renourishment would be happening in front of their hotel." as a native Floridian I know that is NOT TRUE as these efforts are planned very far in advance. Monster equipment operated 24 hours a day with huge lights at night. Also the patio door did not have a lock on it which completely freaked me out. I did not sleep well at all either night. They do not provide washcloths ... how weird. I requested additional two hours before checkout to catch up on client request requests. DENIED.

"Not a luxury 5 star but was clean, has everything you could need and right on the beach. Would definitely recommend!"

Location was great, it was clean, the room had everything you would need.

Everything went smoothly but there was no staff on the property. The gap in the front door was big enough someone could look through but to be honest there really isn’t anything to complain about at this property and I would stay here again if I am in the area.

"Beach front and amazing"

This was by far the best rental I’ve ever booked. Not only was the room clean but the location is perfect. It’s quiet and nearby everything. I will definitely be booking here for future vacations
