Emerald at Belleair Beach Club

Beachfront, pool, provided beach toys, chairs, boogie boards, plenty of lounge chairs around pool, a grill we didn't use. Plenty of bath towels as well as beach towels in the room. Cold refrigerator and freezer. The room appeared exactly as it did online. It was actually larger than I expected. We stayed in the one bedroom apartment with the full and king bed.

Not that this can be prevented, however our room was at the front of the building. Literally steps from Gulf Blvd. The noise of the traffic and motorcycles passing throughout the night was very loud despite TV's being on which we don't normally do but had to to drown out the noise. My youngest daughter (9) had trouble sleeping because of it. There wasn't a lot of signage or information like location of ice maker or property layout. I sent a message but after an hour I received a reply they did have an ice machine but we already went and bought our own. Our room didn't come with coffee. But it did have a coffee maker and filters? So did they just forget to leave it or do they not provide it? Like I said, not a lot of info. No bathtub stopper. A simple info binder on the table can go a long way on answering FAQ because I know I'm not the first. Just to prevent from having to send messages and wait on responses. Difficult when there isn't a front office. Welcome to the new age I guess! I found some straw and candy wrappers and an empty water bottle under our bed when we arrived. No big deal. I just swept underneath and got them out. Our TV's needed a password in order to login to watch TV. It wasn't preset saved and ready to go. I had to request help from the messaging system. Had to use our own streaming service login to get any channels besides Pluto. They offer Wi-Fi and a smart TV but that's the extent. Andre, an onsite worker stopped by and was very friendly, fixed the issue quickly. I really didn't like that they charge $50 to get in your room early, even when it's ready early and you've paid in full. Won't even allow you in an hour early without paying. We had to wait until exactly 3:52pm to get the code and room number. Every place I've ever stayed in allows you to go in if you're there and it's ready, without paying. Especially with when traveling with two kids.

The room was super clean. We had an issue with the air conditioning in our original room. The host responded to us immediately and moved us to another room without any difficulty. The communication was easy and fast via booking messenger.

We had no complaints

Perfect location. Quiet and peaceful spot with low crowds. Beach is literally in the backyard right next to the pool! Good place for seniors or people that have mobility issues, or families with small kids.

Only problem we had was with our air conditioner and they took care of the problem right away! The on site maintenance guys were so nice and helpful. Only recommendation I have is that there needs to be trash cans by pool area. If they had an ice machine that would have been perfect! Overall I have little to no complaints.

Views, location, ease of parking, pool. Nice space for a couple.

Outdoor furniture cushions were not quick drying after a rain shower. Vent and light over the stove did not work.

Updated amenities & decor, a/c unit & hot water worked effieciently, space was adequate for 1 adult, 2 children, very family friendly, community beach equipment

Open bedroom space at exterior door, no air vent in hallway, 2nd bedroom areas, lacked towel hanging areas for pool/beach towels, street noise

The apartment was excellent and very clean and the best part is that the gorgeous white sandy beach is steps away from the door of your room! Parking was very convenient and easy.

Really, there is not one thing that I could think of, excellent accommodations.

No smoking anywhere on the premises. At least make a spot for smokers.
