Brooklyn Bay Lofts - Modern Chic Rentals with Rooftop Terrace

Upon entry, the apartment is very nice , and clean the appliances and set up looked fairly new . The space was intimate, perfect for couples, or a group no bigger than 4 ppl . The bed was very comfortable, and the massage chair that was in the loft area was to die for very relaxing ! The balcony and roof top is clean, spacious, and have great views.. I must say above it all. I LOVED the 1,000 pieces puzzle gift that was on the table upon entry, especially since I love puzzles. This was a great surprise . I definitely recommend and would love to be able to come again.

It was clean and comfortable. The not so typical amenities were very nice - massage chair and table, sauna and laundry facilities. We didn’t get much use of the rooftop (too cold), but we checked it out and it was really nice. Would definitely be a big plus in warm weather. Communication before and during our stay was good and hosts/property managers (not entirely sure who I was interacting with) were responsive.

There were some cooking supplies, but not enough to really cook if you like to cook. And no utensils for eating. More hooks for hanging towels and jackets would have been nice. And maybe a small dresser or place to put clothes if you’re there for a few days as we were. The toilet seat was broken, and not the right size for the toilet. A minor inconvenience. Someone came to check it out - and she was great - but didn’t really fix it. There was also no recycling bin. Same person removed our recycling. There was wifi that worked reasonably well and could have been stronger. And it was not secure. A password was provided but not required. If you’re particular about those things. For us it meant we couldn’t connect a speaker, which we would have liked to have been able to do. Finally, it took a while for the water to get hot on all faucets, and never really got hot in the bathroom sink.

The apartment could have been nice but it needs a deep clean and some repairs.

There was a dirty bare footprint on the wall, holes in the ceiling, the bed was broken, parking was unclear.

The loft was so nice and cozy! The staff replied quickly anytime I messaged them.
