The resort was beautiful, the check in staff were amazing and the facilities were great. The bar tender was fantastic with his making of cocktails

The resturant staff were very slow then forgot a dish we ordered then wanted to serve it 30 minutes after we had eaten and still cahrge for it.

Eigentlich war alles sehr gut nur 2 Sachen sind uns aufgefallen, das Hotel hat ein Tauben Problem wahrscheinlich Saison bedingt (Brutzeit) dadurch aber leider Balkon nur bedingt nutzbar da verkotet. Frühstücksbüffet alles sehr gut große Auswahl schön hergerichtet, aber Pappbecher für die Kaffeemaschine konnten wir nicht ganz nachvollziehen was die Hotelleitung dazu bewogen hat? Aber trotzdem ist das Hotel durchaus weiter zu empfehlen!!!!

The Seaview Suite is an enormous room with 2 large balconies, large outdoor Spa Bath & star constellation ceiling feature. It included a bottle of wine, fresh fruit plate, afternoon snacks at the restaurant & mini bar snacks each day. The room was immaculately clean & all staff were friendly/welcoming with a special mention to the restaurant staff who gave exceptional service. Chose to eat in the hotel as excellent food at reasonable prices. The location is a small fishing village a 15 minutes walk along the seafront. A perfect & relaxing place to spend Xmas & escape busy lives.

Thailand has excellent coffee so why is the coffee in the restaurant at breakfast so terrible? Also paper cups for coffee/tea at breakfast is not acceptable in any standard of hotel. Spa bath was amazing but difficult to operate. The hotel swimming pool needs serious renovation.

เตียงนอนกว้างมากนอนสบาย ห้องกว้าง ทำเลดี

ความสะอาด ในห้องนอนและห้องน้ำ ยังไม่เต็ม 100 เท่าไหร่ แต่ก็อยู่ในระดับที่ดียอมรับได้ ห้องอาหารแคบไปหน่อยตอนเดินต้องเบี่ยงเดินหลบกัน
