Mallorca 4 Duplex

We lioved the beach and area in general. It is a lovely place for families.

The duplex has not been upgraded. The fridge is not cold. Thermostat not working. The gates are all rusted and difficult to close. The sliding door that opens into the little garden fell off. The family bathroom had a decay type smell. It was loadsedding and we had to phone the letting agents for rechargeable globes. They only brought two and said they would sort the rest but never did.. There was no air conditioning in the unit. I did check prices of others in the area and they were similar but not available. Others did have air condition units and some even had inverters

The only advantage of this residence was its location by the ocean and its beautiful view.

Some of the lights were not working, but no one came to fix it. The dishes were dirty and we preferred to get a disposable dish. The non-standard and used couch, as well as the non-responsiveness of the residence manager to our messages until the time of our stay at this residence.

Excellent Location

The location was amazing - we will definitely stay at Mallorca again and we will definitely use booking.com & Umdloti Letting again. The unit was amazing and clean - it was basically a home away from home. We loved it and so did our children. We will book a unit closer to the boundary wall though next time because the view of the ocean was obstructed by the units in front.

Bathroom door on the main en suite got jammed, had to leave items behind and have them couriered to us once the bathroom door was opened.
