"Lovely little place"

The location is perfect. It's right in the centre of the old city. We enjoyed being able to walk everywhere. The owners were so helpful. They responded every time so quickly. The place it spotless. It's just what we wanted. The bed is very comfortable.

We can't tell it's something we didn't like but even if the flat is in a quiet area, the neighbours can be loud, chatting, listening to music on Saturday night. But really, it's not an issue as such, it's part of the local atmosphere and only lasted a couple of hours one evening.

"Perfect place in the perfect location"

Perfect location. Tiny little apartment. Close to all the famous things in Palermo. Easy to get there from the airport. The best area to stay in Palermo. The hosts (Jimmy) were very nice and friendly, they give us lot of useful advices. The apartment is clean, big enough and had everything what is needed.

"Not pleasant"

Inside the property, basic apartment, clean, close to centre

Outside the property- street has building work, noise most days, house next door has scaffolding and is sheeted, large dog in a cage who barks day and night at passers by, apartment overlooks a derelict building opposite - 2-3 m away. Neighbours arguing 3am. Property had a video camera erected on scaffolding outside pointing to the kitchen and bedroom, this was removed by owner after we questioned usage.

"Perfect location"

Location is perfect it is really close all the popular touristic places in Palermo.You can find all your basic needs in the house.It is enough big to stay 2 adults and a 3 year old kid.It was nice to have message from them to learn if everthing is ok.

We stayed 9 nine days.After 3 days cleaning is a problem because there is no vacuum cleaner in the house.We didn't ask but we needed extra cover set for bed.May be only for long stays they can give extra.

great location in the center, close to every monuments, even though it is quite silent. The hosts were really nice and they helped us with a lot if advices. We really liked the balcony and the view.
