"The BEST resting spot for the GREATEST 24 hours in AVILA!"

I love this campground! The location to the Bob Jones Trail is just perfect- and they have terrific rental bikes! We stayed in a cabin and it was cozy, clean and cool! No complaints whatsoever! We love the pool and hot tub, and the kids enjoyed the rec room. You cannot beat the value of this place, it's the perfect stopover for the best 24 hours in Avila!

Honestly, we had such a great time, there's not much to say in the "didn't like" department! We did have to book it back on the trail to make it back before 5:00 to return the rental bikes. I got there in the exact knick of time- we would've enjoyed one more hour! But no complaints, we checked in and got to enjoy all the amenities of the RV Resort!

Woke up to the invasion of the ANTS!! Smelled old and musty in the room had to go get incense to kill the smell and the extra money I spent for a "fireplace in the room" was a joke! It was a 39.95$ plug in tiny, tiny fireplace that maybe was a lighter now that I think about it!! Ha ha ha.....well that was a first and last!

There were things for the kids to do. They had a nice variety of rentable cabins.

You have to remember this is rustic. The studio was kind of funky having to wash your hands in the kitchen sink shampoo and hand wash in the shower didn’t work. Surprise.

"This is an excellent facilitie for families to enjoy the local area."

The staff was extremely friendly and the facilities were well maintained.

I had to sleep in the bunk room and it was tight. It was graduation weekend so it was a little pricey.

"Fun family cabins in quiet RV park. "

What a wonderful and unique stay for our family road trip! After many hotel rooms, our cabin at Avila was a fun stay. This is mostly an RV park, but it's quiet and friendly with several cabins to rent. We were a bit confused, thinking we had booked the Hot Springs cabins. But there is a great pool, trails, and other fun activities.
