Sun Ha Long hotel

Very spacious and clean room, with everything you need. Comfortable bed and interior. Good price.

The service is abyssal though. The staff doesn't speak any English and seems totally disinterested. Everybody is just laying around or sleeping. The young woman at the reception was the only one actually trying to help. We asked for breakfast in the morning and got 2 slices of stale toast with 1 egg and some jam per person. Worst breakfast we had in all of southeast Asia.

The facilities and the location is 10/10. The hotel staffs are very helpful and friendly.

rooms were immaculate and very good value for money. The guy behind the desk was super helpful in trying to get me fast food delivered.

The room was good and clean. There's enough storage room for all things you need. The hotel provides water bottles daily and there a kettle as well. The staff at the reception was very helpful and helped us organize a boat tour, but not all went as expected.

Even though the staff helped us booking the tour, they didn't order the taxi in the morning, es they said they would. So we arrived at the harbor late - which turned out to be no problem at all because the tour started much later than they told us. Also the taxi didn't look like an official taxi. He didn't even have a taximetet so he charged us a fixed price of 50k, which was quite a lot compared to other taxis. Also, the staff was not speaking english very good.
