Very central location and close to lake, shops and restaurants. Good security. Quiet. Modern and clean.

Common area for fridge, coffee, tea etc. Parking not easy but typical for small town.

Hard to find the address. I suggest the B&B describes how to find it better in the description section. For example, 'the B&B is down the stepped walkway across from the cafe.'

Location fantastica e pulita

This cute hotel is located in the most beautiful, quaint little town ever. Things were extremely clean inside, the host was more than accommodating and communicated very timely with us. Plenty of places to eat and drink at, all within walking distance. The lake view and endless places to explore was the vacation from our vacation in Rome. We were even surprised with fire works from our window for their September festival. It was so nice to slow down and enjoy beautiful Anguillara Sabazia

Nothing to not like, just not used to how small showers are here in Italy !
