NZReally nice modern homestay we liked it so much we have booked another week. We like the high pressure shower roomy bathroom comfortable bed and the quiet yet central location and we would definitely stay again. The host family are very nice.
ARLovely homestay and lovely family. Everything was perfect. The accommodation was beautiful, the staff were very nice and helpful, and the bikes and swimming pool were a big extra that we enjoyed in our stay. Will definitely come back :)
USWhat an amazing place to stay! Rooms are really comfortable and the place is extremely clean. AC worked great. The staff are very helpful and friendly, especially Huy who is always helping me with everything I need. Location is really good. You can walk everywhere, but also they have free bikes for you to use. Definitely a place I recommend.

FRThe son and the mother owning the guest house are very friendly and helpful. The location is perfect. The villa is in a less crowded area but super close to the bridge.

BDEverything, simply everything ! The house, location, facilities plus man behind the show ... Hue ! He is super supportive and helpful. We arrived in the property around 3 o'clock in the morning and he was still there for us to settle us in. When we arrived in the house, we all were very hungry and everything was closed. But he took me out with his bike and found a cart and managed some food for us ! I don’t know how to thank him. But above all .... it's Mrs. Thu ... Hue's mother. She is a darling ! I haven’t met such adorable person in my life. In short, you can stay at Kemi's house only just to meet this 2 persons ! This will be a Lifetime experience. I guarantee.

USThis was my second time bringing a group of friends/family to Kemi. It continues to be an outstanding option for a short trip to Hoi An. It’s clean and the pool is a great break from the mid-day heat. We ordered the breakfast this time, and it was plenty of delicious food with a beautiful presentation. You can’t beat the location - a block from the night market, but somehow a quiet spot.
