We were charged €12 in tax, even though the reservation indicated that the tax would be €6. The dishes were not properly cleaned. We also found several old jars (such as coffee jars) containing leftover contents that appeared spoiled or moldy. The grill grate should be replaced because it is rusty.

Beautiful location, the view is amazing. It’s just outside a quiet pretty village, so it feels relaxing and quiet but still has excellent local shops within a few mins walk. Bed is comfy and feels like an adventure staying here! The cottage is well equipped with lots of things you might need.

If you are driving here beware the roads are narrow and parking is tricky. There is a bus if you prefer which goes fairly often. The property is cute but the stairs to the bathroom are very steep, so you need to be quite agile. The bathroom smells a little damp but it is clean. It is small and basic but that’s part of the fun!

A fantastic unique property,location is nice and quiet but can access main town easily. The views are to die for unbelievable Enough local amenities in village which are very authentic

Una casina immersa nel verde con un panorama mozzafiato. C’è tutto l’indispensabile per un soggiorno e a pochi passi il parcheggio,minimarket,tabacchino e macelleria. Simone, una persona fantastica, che ci accolti e fatti sentire a casa, sempre disponibile, a qualsiasi ora consiglio pienamente questa casa, da tornare assolutamente.

Die Aussicht war sensationell, genauso wie die Aussendusche. Haben die Dusche im Cottage nicht gebraucht... Super wenn man unter freien Himmel mit Blick aufs Meer duschen kann. Der Grill ist auch gut, uns hat es an nichts gefehlt.

Fabulous view and location of you want to be away from the busier coast to relax. We’ll set up/ everything you need. Seating outdoors and BBQ. Outdoor shower is great! Possibility to park.

Well, this is now one of my favorite spot. It was my second time at Minicasa. last July with my girlfriend, now on my own. And this is the best condition. the solitude, the calm and silence are the best company ever. The house is really tiny, but is a dream. it is like floating midway through trough the sea and the sky. although the small dimension, you can find almost everything you need. the garden is delicious with two tables and two sun beds. the sightseeing is priceless. Yes, the only problem could be the kitchen which is a kitchen-camp located in the garden. that makes fun, but there around one can find very nice hostarias. it’s very important to have the car or scooter (I have rented one… what for a experience). the host, Simone, is always very nice and very helpful with any suggestions or infos one need. This spot is not for everyone (elder peoples or those with limited mobility).

it would be great to find a welcoming bottle of white wine. the sunset would be even more breathtaking
