Increible ubicación y servicio, llegamos por una situacion con nuestro hospedaje anterior y fue un descubrimiento unico, la habitación era perfecta, justo como las fotografias, la vista a la alhambra es increible, volvería a hospedarme sin problema!

Llegamos al hotel a las 11 p.m. y no había nadie en la recepción, seguimos las instrucciones que nos habían enviado y accedido al hotel pero una de las llaves de las habitaciones no funcionaba, intentamos ponernos en contacto con el teléfono de incidencias pero no respondían ni contestaron a los mensajes de WhatsApp hasta las 4:30 a.m. Sencillamente intolerable rayando la estafa.

"just perfect"

lovely girl at the reception - I arrived late and she immediately helped me out. perfect bed silence in the city and excellent location. good coffee in the morning just what I needed before a skiing getaway at the Sierra Nevada
