It was close to the location of our event, very close to the mall and all of the facility

This is my first ever "what i didn't like" review. I've been using booking.com since 2018. I always try to be polite but I just can't leave this alone. They charge utility fee per day although it was not clean and the staff is not cleaning it everyday, we were not there during the day because of the convention. Beds and pillows smells old and it smells like someone slept there before us. Maybe they didn't change the sheets idk. We requested blankets twice and it never arrived. (no towels either but that's fine) They have bed bugs. The bites on my arms started appearing the 2nd night.

The pool that they made us pay for 😂

Everything. All the additional charges but in particular the cockroaches and bed bugs that joined us. We ended up leaving after a few hours there to another hotel. The staff were very rude and unresponsive at times. Not what it looks like and a lot of things in it that shouldn’t be 😂. Please do not go

After we booked in booking.com we thought that we have paid everything. however when we arrive we have again paid hotel fees which is 150 per day for adult and 100 per day for kids.

Just the location coz it’s near the mall.

There are cockroaches and insects everywhere. The place is way too different from what’s in their photos. When we arrived there are dust everywhere. Too many charges. Aside from your booking fee they chrarge additional 150 per person and asked for a 300 deposit which they did not gave back. The customer service asked me for a Gcash number for refund, I told them I do not have a Gcash account and told them I only have Maya and 2 different banks and they never replied after that. What a scam.
