Lovely roomy and garden

Further away from sea front

Great house, brilliant location and fantastic, helpful host. We had absolutely everything we needed from glasses to coffee to a cot for my granddaughter.

Easy to find, good parking over a weekend as it’s a permit parking road Monday- Friday. The host was super accommodating, everything we needed was already in the property. It was clean and today throughout and generally a lovely home to stay in

There was nothing we didn’t like! The garden could do with a power wash. But even so it’s a great place to hang out. Other than that the sofa bed was a little uncomfortable b it the price and only for one night. I can’t complain. :)

Beautifully presented and well looked after property. The beds were super comfy and the house was very well equipped for what we needed. Location is a great, lots of shops/takeaways near by, away from the hustle and bustle of Brighton town but a very nice walk down to the sea front. Josh, the host was very helpful and always on hand to answer any questions straight away! Would definitely recommend staying here :-)

Lovely house with very spacious rooms, and very comfortable beds. The host left us a bottle of Prosecco in the fridge as well as milk. It was a very quiet location and parking is free which was an added bonus. Host was great at communicating with us. Would defo return and recommend to friends.

Good space, very clean and comfortable - easy parking (at weekends anyway); short Uber or bus ride into town.

Only minor niggles - communication with the host was a bit tricky due to an incompatibility between my email system and the Booking.com messaging system - kept getting non delivery emails with very complex instructions on how to try to get round this, which were too difficult to follow on my phone. This was a shame because the Wifi password we had been given turned out to be wrong, and we could not work out how to ask for it to be re-sent. A shame there was no way of making real coffee (it was nice to have instant coffee, tea, and milk provided in the fridge - but instant is not quite the same thing, and we had brought real coffee for this reason.

THE PROPERTY LOVELY AND CLEAN , THE GARDEN LOVELY, THE FACILITATES WAS GREAT TOO.

WAS JUST ABIT WORRIED WHEN GOING DOWN THE STAIRS TO THE MIDDLE SEATING AREA AND BOTTOM GARDEN AS NO HAND RAILINGS , THAT IS MY ONLY COMPLAINT.
