It was warm and comfortable.

Kitchen was poorly equipped, eg no cafetière, only one cooking knife, barely enough cutlery. Information re finding the property (the front door is not on Denver Ave) and the key safe was insufficient, especially in the dark. Only one key for front door and the key is required to lock the door. No key for back door-only the French windows in a bedroom.

We were moved over to alternative accommodation which didn’t look like it had been used for a long time there’s cobwebs everywhere and spiders as well as the place not being generally clean at all, a massive disappointment for the price that we actually paid and we were lacking an extra bathroom which we were meant to get in the original accommodation.

Communication was extremely poor. I have messaged a few times about the facilities and never got prompt replies - had to double text multiple times to confirm and reconfirm again. The check in instructions were extremely poor - the instructions email stated that the lockbox was right to the front door which we tried looking for a long time - see picture but it wasn’t there. It also doesn’t help that the front door was full of weed and grass and was extremely poorly maintained. Turns out the lockbox was at another place and I had to call a few times to confirm that. Very disappointed with the communication overall - would not revisit
