It's location.

Loud noise of hammering & drilling can be heard in the unit from the construction ongoing on the lower floor. No pots & pans for cooking. Pricey for a very limited space & amenities.

Clean comfortable facilities in a great location. Good internet and hot water. Great pool and playground area for the kids. Very responsive attentive staff. One of the tricycle drivers, Richard was very fair on prices. He helped us navigate the area during our stay. All around excellent experience.

Same as in the photo with great view in the balcony, amazing Facilities great host they are very organise all you need to know will give to you From the tour, food delivery,laundry service, how much the local fare, where to go, EVERYTHING!!! THE unit is really amazing super clean and quiet which we enjoy, It's quite far from the main area but don't worry your can call kuya newton +63926 086 9092 (tuktuk)where he can drop and pick up wherever you will wish to go with affordable price , ANYTIME, ADMIN where is 24/7 can answer your inquiry Ms.risse & John Dave who will assist to all your needs cleaning,information etc. TOUR and van transfer will arrange by them so husstle free. Everything we like in this place, we ended to extend even our stay. For sure we will come back !!! Thank you

Just beware to the van (Harold Transpo transfer to EL NIDO) white Van they are totally a scam keep asking more money aside from the normal fare.

The apartment is very clean and has everything you need. The pool is sooo nice and refreshing and the gym is convenient. The air con works well and the smart tv was a nice treat!

Not much food options around but if you use food panda it’s great to order in and enjoy the nice apartment.
