Orchard Court Spacious one bedroom apartment with extra sofa bed

Only in the property from 10pm to 7am so can’t comment on all the facilities. Bed was comfortable, sofa bed ok for my kids but wouldn’t use it for adults. Property very clean. Good, powerful shower. Can’t fault the coms with owner, or the thorough instructions for getting into the property. Great to have a parking space.

The noise from person in flat above! Can literally hear every footstep like they’re coming through the ceiling. Went on til about 1am. Would’ve used earplugs but had to be woken by alarm

there was an issue with the key safe we had to use and we got a hold of hosts and eventually this was ironed out..It was down to miscommunication and it was dark so the numbers on the key safe have worn a little.If this was fixed a little better, it would save having to disturb the hosts..its not very clear, but I believe they could fix this easily

The sofa bed vas not really comfortable

The location is brilliant in terms of being close to the motorway so easy to enter and leave. Has a retail park nearby but shops were mainly furniture, Decathalon but some fast food like Costa and Smash Burgers (no halal options here though). The self check in and check out process is obviously quite nice. Free parking available on premises. Was overall value for money. The attached kitchen and ensuite bedroom was nice and definitely worth the money.

It says sleeps 4 but it in fact it can not sleep 4 adults as the other bed is a sofa bed and it is just not possible for a normal sized adult person to sleep there as the sofa/mattress foam has just gone flat over the years. I tried to sleep on it but it was just not possible as I could feel the wood rubbing into my ribs. Luckily my son is tiny and managed on it.
