It was relatively quiet. Thankfully the neighbours were quiet but when they spoke I could hear every word they said. It was very clean The parking was good and shops were nearby

It stated it had been newly refurbished to a high standard but there was no evidence of that. Everything was switched off when I got there meaning the fridge was warm. The TV signal didn't seem to be very good.
