La configuration de l'appartement, sa situation géographique

L'absence d'ascenseur n'était pas signalé (appartement au 2ème étage), peu de réactivité lorsque nous avons signalé des manques pour les produits d'hygiène et de nettoyage de la vaisselle, l'éclairage de la terrasse totalement hors fonctionnement et non fonctionnement de l'auvent pour se protéger du soleil le jour, l'absence de chaises autour de la table à manger (nous en avons descendu 3 de la terrasse par un petit escalier raide en colimasson.
