Location was good. Place was spacious. Media room was a plus. Each bedroom has a TV but not everything was connected for use.

Pictures were deceiving. Shows a dock but it has obviously been in disrepair and not available for use for quite some time. This should have been disclosed on the ad for the rental. The walkway to the water also have broken steps and is very dangerous. Rug in the living room is old and curls up without any attachment on the bottom. We have people tripping over it several times. There were no bed linen, blankets or pillows provided for the 2 futon beds that was in the study and in the workout room, even tho it was advertised as available beds in 2 bedrooms. And several messages and texts to the property owners on this were ignored. Garage door number pad is out of battery and does not work. Living room has seating for only 6 people so half of the group had no place to sit.

facility needs lots of small repairs......upstairs toilet flap leaks with toilet running constantly, couple of the bar stool have broken or loose supports, freezer unit in main kitchen ice maker was off but had leaked and water was frozen in the bottom that made it impossible to open or close the freezer door (reported-no response from anyone), floor rugs rolled up along edges that made people constantly trip on them, trash cabinet door about to fall off

Security system did not work. TVs did not work. Dock was dangerous and unusable.’

I liked the location. The Old Brazos River is on the backside of the property. After midnight, on New Year's, we sat on the back patio and enjoyed a firework show provided by the neighbors! The house is nicely stocked with most of what you would need for a great trip. There are several stores and restaurants close by if needed. The host is very responsive should you need them during your stay!

The house has 4 bedrooms/4.5 bathrooms. Each bedroom doesn't have its own bathroom, which was odd. It didn't ruin our trip or warrant a complaint. It was simply odd and a slight inconvenience. We experienced a couple of minor issues during our stay. I provided pictures to the management staff. Hopefully, they address what needs attention. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and plan to possibly return to this same location!
