Luxury Corner 1 BR W Residence with Fantastic Intercoastal Views, Pool & Hot tub

The property was a lovely place, safe area, south facing and sun on all day.

The property is generally pleasant, though it could benefit from some maintenance, particularly in the bedroom and bathroom. Several items need repair or replacement: some furniture is worn, the left bedside lamp is missing its glass cover, and the bathroom basin is chipped around the drain. Additionally, the sliding door does not fully close due to a bent track. On a positive note, the kitchen and living room are in good condition. The kitchen is well-equipped, and the coffee maker with provided pods is a thoughtful touch—although it would have been even better if sugar had been available. Photos attached. Also beware of the daily resort and parking fees which adds up to the daily cost of the rental significantly!

The views were stunning, and the location was perfect—walking distance to the beach, great restaurants, and nightlife. The host was very kind, attentive, and easy to communicate with throughout our stay.

Some furnishings felt a bit worn, there wasn’t a full-length mirror, and we only had access to the residence pool—not the larger hotel pool with better service, a bar, and a DJ. It felt like we were paying the same resort fee but getting less.

Very well located. Clean. Nice pool and access to the beach.

We enjoyed our stay. Place is nice and view is great! Host was very nice and answered all our questions!

The location was excellent and the apartment could be great but needs some investment.

Dirty dishes and glasses. Lights not working. Loose tap in bathroom sink. Unfortunately the property needs an upgrade. Dirty balcony furniture. It’s a story of what could have been.

I liked that the apartment was part of the hotel but separate. I also liked the views and comfort of the apartment. The host was super accommodating and very helpful during our stay.

The bathroom area was cumbersome but we made it work. It is awkward to open the shower door and have someone at the sink simultaneously.
