The location has two shared terraces. From the first you can see the ocean and from the second you have a 360-degree view. Ocean and mountain. Beautiful.

The door at the entrance to the block is a bit strange has a certain position where the door can open. It should be explained. Another problem would be the lock on the bathroom door. It squeaks too loud.

It’s a nice apartman with very big shared terrace where you can dry (even wash) your clothes and enjoy the sea view. It’s very close to the Las Teresitas beach and you can discover from here Anaga as well. The bed is very comfortable. There wasn’t heating but the temperature was nice in the room in February. You can find very close shops, bars and restaurants (0-200m). We always found a parking place in front of the apartment but it wasn’t high season.

Excellent location in a pretty little town, with the best beach on the island.

Being really picky but there was no electric kettle and the front door key was a bit temperamental.

My stay in Apartamento en primera línea de mar, Las Teresitas, was absolutely perfect! The location is unbeatable, just a short walk to the beach, and the views are simply breathtaking. Yes, you have to climb up to the fourth floor, but trust me, it’s 100% worth it. From the top, you get an incredible panoramic view of both the ocean and the mountains surrounding Las Teresitas Beach—it’s truly unforgettable! The apartment itself is tiny but very cozy, thoughtfully designed, and has everything I needed for a comfortable stay. At night, it’s completely quiet, and the bed is super comfortable, ensuring a great night’s sleep. Every little detail has been carefully considered, making my stay even more enjoyable. I had such a wonderful time here and will definitely come back!

It would need a bit tender love and care. I say no time between the bookings to fix things. the bed was good, but for my own taste too hard.

Excellent location. Quiet. Well equipped. Modern. Comfortable. Very useful mirror above bed. We have already re-booked for next christmas.

An electric kettle would have enhanced our stay even more.
