Easy to find the location, very central with lots of restaurants to choose from.

The house is in a good location and easy to find. There are plenty of towels and bathroom toiletries included. The kitchen is well stocked and has nice appliances, the coffee/tea bar is a nice bonus.

The two upstairs bedrooms did not have televisions. The thermostat can be difficult to operate to keep the house at a comfortable temperature. It has a timer and took me some time to finally figure it out.

Great location in beautiful quiet neighborhood.

Had trouble operating the thermostat. Would suggest having some sort of print out instructions available. It kept increasing the temperature setting by itself.

Initially had problems accessing property because the entry code would not work but was quickly resolved. Ironing board was broken and owner did not respond to my request to resolve the issue.

Instructions on how to use the oven. I thought I had it on but it didn’t heat. I believe it was a gas oven which is not common in Australia. We were provided the incorrect wifi information in the welcome message. Found the correct info on the modem.
