Great location, clean, safe and excellent communication from the host. The daily check-ups from Ryan really made our stay even more special. We felt like we were home away from home and extremely safe.

Highlight: Apartment is 100% load shedding secure, with high end inverter that keep the lights on through and through and a Gas powered stove. Kitchen is well equipped; it gave me a home away from home feeling.

Check in process is long and can be improved by introducing pre-registration.

The location was great.

The apartment was small. Upon checkout I was charged additionally for “stains” on the towel and Pillow case. For the price they charge and apparent stains which were nothings more than what you would usually get when using a towel it really ended my stay on a bad note. I suppose they don’t wash the linen and towels if they don’t see signs if usage

Modern, neat, quiet apartment. Lovely views, friendly host and quick responses to queries.

The deposit process with Concierge is time consuming. Suggestion to require the deposit payment together with the booking and refund electronically after checkout.
