5 Bedroom Victorian Town House - Perfect for Contractors and Family Groups

Location was very good, only 15 minutes walk into the centre of Shrewsbury

Not enough crockery, plates and glasses for 12 people and not enough places to all sit and eat together. No instructions on how to work the heating and the fire door weights and number locks on every bedroom door were a bit of a pain.

Unfortunately the dish washer didn't work during the whole weekend. Also there was no oven glove available to take things out of the oven (health and safety issue). We would of liked a teapot aswell.

Located just on the edge of Shrewsbury town centre, it's a good distance from the river and restaurants with 2 parking spaces available and a corner shop next door. Mostly as described but angles towards an airbnb vibe more than a hotel or cottage stay.

Property isn't as fresh and new as suggested in the images. We had nearly a full house and were driven a bit mad with the very heavy fire doors. This aspect alone is fine but could have used some door stoppers when in use otherwise you're waking everyone up and across 9 people, it's loud. We stayed in the front room which had to contend with the traffic from the road as it's a terrace house. Biggest downside was the en suite worked on motion sensors which seemed faulty so for someone 5.3 ft, I kept having to wave frantically at the ceiling to get any light, every few minutes. It wasn't totally clean either - cobwebs in the corner, mould on the ceiling. The towels, as described in another review, were very basic and they only provided 1 roll of toilet tissue which seems a bit light for guests on a short stay. A few items needed repairing like the door hanger. Also not super happy to have had to fill out a whole other form with my details, pay a deposit in order to get the lock box code.

Would of liked it to tell us the lounge was upstairs as we had our elderly mum with us so we had to sit in the kitchen while we were there
