Dagnino House - Luxury apartment in the center of Palermo

Amazing appartment in a great location but what really made it special was the host Marco. We had an issue where our luggage was left in Rome and we had to go back to Palermo airport the day after arrival. The next day Marco picked my wife and I and drove us all the way to Palermo Airport to pick up our luggage and then back to the Appartment.. He would not accept money even for petrol! Appartment has everything you need, full kitchen, washing machine and big sized bedrooms.. I hope to go back to Palermo one day and no question, I would definitely stay at Dagnino House.

No lift but I was told there were plans underway to install one.

Everything was perfect! The apartment is centrally located in a safe neighborhood. We were welcomed by Alessandro, who is an extremely nice person. He helped us carry our luggage up to the 4th floor and we even got delicious Sicilian food from him. In addition he answered all of our questions willingly, and even helped us book a taxi from/to the airport. If you want to book accommodation in Palermo, choose this apartment, you won't regret! :)

Great location, spacious, equipped with everything needed. Comfortable bed. Great helpful host who carried my have bag up 4 flights of stairs. Also helped us find the €13 per day parking at Parcheggio ORLANDO.

The only thing we could think is that it would have been good to have napkins or paper towels available.

Dagnino House is a very comfortable place to stay in Palermo. The apartment is modern and spacious, everything works perfectly! It's sparkling clean! Alessandro greeted us at the main entrance and was very nice and helpful. He gave us lots of tips about places to try typical food (breakfast, cannoli, arancino,...) and he received us with generous portions of sfincione (Palermo-style "pizza") and reginelle (cookies with sesame seeds). He recommended a paying parking lot (8 minutes walk from the apartment) and gave us all the instructions on how the traffic works in Palermo (the apartment is located in a limited-traffic zone - ZTL, so there are certain times that we're not allowed to drive to the apartment). He helped us lots of different things we needed during our stay. The location is superb - we walked to the main historical sites.

The apartment is on the 4th floor of a building with no elevator. For us, it's not an issue, but it's not suitable for elderly or people with mobility impairments.

everything was perfect… from apartment that is really perfect, to kindness and willingness of personal. if you plan to visit palermo- there is no chance that you find better location and better apartment

The Host, Alessandro was so nice and helpful. He even helped us carrying the luggage.

It is up four flights of stairs which is inconvenient if you have many luggage (and don't want to inconvenience Alessandro) or if you have difficulty walking up stairs.
