The location is somewhat close to everything, about 5 blocks from the closest train station, about 15 mns uber ride to downtown, 30 train ,
The property advertised as 3 bathrooms, one is a room with open bathroom in it , which I found a little inconvenient, no iron in the property, and like I said a little far from train station

Appartement très bien placé dans un beau quartier de Madrid, proche du métro. Belle salle à manger, cuisine, 5 chambres. Nous avons apprécié les 3 salles de bain. Hôte sympathique, à disposition pour tout équipement manquant.
Rez-de-chaussée sur rue. C'est pratique, pas d'escalier à monter pour s'installer, mais on entend bien les bruits de rue, même si elle n'est pas très passagère. 4 chambres sont de toute façon au fond de l'appartement, côté cour.
