Bila complain cleaner datang bersihkan dan buat apa yg patut...ada wifi

Banyak semut dan taik cicak...lantai berhabuk...kena sapu dulu baru boleh pijak lantai...tv takde siaran...lampu bilik air tak hidup...kabibet dapur agak usang...

The air conditioning in the room was not cold. 4. The water flow from the sink was very weak. 5. There was no water in the toilet, and the pipe had no water either. 6. The entire house was very dirty and hadn’t been cleaned. 7. The bedsheets clearly hadn’t been changed — there were bugs and stains on them. 8. It's raining and the roof is leaking badly. Overall, the experience was very bad. A negative review.

All dirty no clean..

The location

The bathroom's water heater is not workable at the master room (1st room), the water pressure is very low in both bathrooms, the kitchen sink's faucet was dirty, there was hole the ceiling up above the dining table and at the car porch, which the rain water poured and the place was wet and the whole house was dirty and alot of lizard's pooped. Overall the cleanliness was very poor. Tq.

No mirrors in the rooms and bathroom. Room doors are making squeaky noise. Mattresses are having plastic on them, making it uncomfortable to lay and sleep. Also waking babies up. Bedsheets could be cleaner Water supply in bathroom to shower is very slow and the other bathroom is in use

Need to pay deposit 100Rm which is not mentioned while booking. Overall, it sounds like your stay was marred by several important issues that significantly impacted your experience. These issues should be brought to the attention of the management for improvement.
