Clean, well furnished, close to local mall, secure

Instructions for key pick up were confusing

Close by to the Spectrum, nice facilities, comfy beds and plenty of space

No basic pantry items besides salt and pepper. No tea or coffee

Location to Irvine spectrum restaurants

Parking and security access. Was a mission to get door keys and parking pass. Also leaving the key and parking pass in the room on the last day was not possible as you need it to get to G2 floor in the parking lot since the elevator requires it for G2. Could only get to G1 without it. Had to have a random neighbor let us down to our parked vehicle so we could leave.

Location was perfect for working at the WeWork across the street!

This was not in control of the owner, but the pool was under maintenance during the duration of the stay.

Arrival into car park and finding the keys was very good. Location in Irvine is great. Cleaner helped us with lots of issues

Wanted to leave this review to help other people, so they have a better experience than we did when they arrive. Check you are going to receive the same room as advertised (as pictured) We were allocated an old apartment with basic amentities (old kitchen with white fridge), small bedrooms and small bathrooms. The bedclothes, although clean, had some stains on them. It wasn’t easy to lock/unlock the door as the key kept getting stuck. My first thoughts were oh my gosh, how are we going to stay here for 3 weeks, this is such a disappointment, especially after 10 hour flight with 3 kids. I sent a message to the owner who said the room advertised will not be available for another week. 😱But then she gave us a similar one the next day. It appears they have a number of apartments they are renting out. It wasn’t easy taking all our suitcases and car to another part of the Village, but I was just glad they didn’t expect us to stay 3 weeks in an old apartment, especially for the amount of money spent. The bedclothes and mattress were not the best quality and the main reason for feeling homesick. I asked for new bedsheets and they accommodated this request which made it feel a lot cleaner. The only thing was the sheet kept springing off the corners of the mattress which was annoying, mattress was too thick for the fitted sheet.
