Spacious Flat Near Valletta & Waterfront - Ideal Location

The property was clean and the kitchen fairly well equipped with extras such as washing up liquid and sponges. Also there was some sealed water and sachets of coffee. There were lots of other opened food items in the cupboard but for health and safety reasons these should really have been removed before we checked in

No mention in the description that the flat was in an empty building with lots of building work going on (tiles and building goods everywhere on the ground floor). After checked in, hosts sent us a note apologising re building works No mention in the description the flat is on the 2nd floor and up 50 large concrete steps - not easy with 3 heavy suitcases, one person with arthritis and no lift. We have since read this in a question asked but it should be in the general description Lots of building work all around the property starting early am and ending sometimes beyond 11pm. It seems this whole street and neighbourhood is being heavily redeveloped The door lock was a NIGHTMARE!!! Took us half an hour on the first day of trying to manipulate the key to turn the lock to a certain position before the street door would open The address says the street number is 48 but you need to read much further down in the joining details to see this is an error - we'd already bothered the owner at number 48 The building felt very creepy as it was pitch black upon entry, until the sensor lights came on but as we climbed each staircase they soon went off as we got to the next level We expected air con in the bedrooms and living room and not just in the kitchen and hallway - descriptions not clear on this One of the fans provided didn't work and the other one was so noisy but unfortunately necessary due to the heat when we stayed The second, smaller bedroom windows are NOT secure. There is an internal balcony to the room and that door didn't lock and the outside windows could be opened from the outside (we slid them across by leaning out - very easy to do). Although the apartment was on the second floor, there were a number of workmen and cherry pickers being used in the street so, anyone could have broken in day or night.

Tágas,kényelmes,szép apartman,minden a leírtak szerint. Jó elhelyezkedés.

The flat was very large, traditional and comfortable. The location was excellent. A very good cafe and local shops nearby, and a short walk to the busy old town.

Not the easiest flat to find, but I think that was largely the taxi driver not knowing the street names

Piso muy grande, espacioso, cómodo y limpio, en edificio segunda planta sin ascensor , escaleras amplias y cómodas de subir, en Malta los escalones no son muy altos.

El tema de enchufes, escasos, los adaptadores de tras clavijas los teníamos que ir cambiando para enchufar tostadora, móviles ,secador del pelo, lámparas noche (que en el alojamiento muchos de los electrodomésticos eran de dos clavijas).

Świetna lokalizacja, blisko do centrum Valetty ok. 10minut spacerkiem. Właściciele bardzo pomocni. Apartament wyposażony w niezbędne rzeczy, czysto, można się poczuć jak we własnym domu. Wygodne łóżka. Bardzo polecamy ten apartament.

Emplacement idéal, la majorité des choses à faire ou à visiter est accessible à l'aide de lignes de bus par lignes directes. Ventilateurs et climatisations appréciables vu la chaleur au mois de juillet. Rapport qualité-prix excellent, propriétaire disponible.
