Cozy 2BR Private Pool Villa, Oberoi, Central Seminyak, Bali

Amazing pool and the overall property. Easy to.manage

They can have better bed sheet and deep clean washroom. Also need lighting outside the villa as its a near ally

Toilet seat was a bit old

Location was really convenient and the property was set back from the road so was extremely quiet. The convenience of having a pool was a life saver and the water filter machine. Tom and Risma, the hosts had great communication.

The villa needs a deep clean, a lot of maintenance is required eg. broken tiles around the pool and entrance, leaking air conditioner in the bedroom, leaking ceiling from heavy rain, doors don’t shut securely, linen was old and tired with either stains or holes, couch was threadbare. House slept 4 but only had a 2 seater couch.

The location of the villa is great, it is very quiet, only a 10 minute walk to Seminyak square and close to Cafes/Restaurants, a laundromat, massage, Minimart and money exchange. The villa is two story and is quite big, both bedrooms included huge comfy beds, ensuite bathrooms, TV's and aircons. The owner Tom is a very nice man who checked in on us during our stay and is extremely prompt in replying to any questions we had. Tom was even kind enough to move our original scheduled dates back by one day - we are very appreciative of this. The lovely housekeeper contacted me on Whatsapp each day of when suited us for her to come and clean, everything was kept very tidy and clean. The outdoor area includes two sun beds, the pool is huge and deep. The villa includes cold filtered water which was amazing. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need. The balcony upstairs also included two sun beds which was nice of an afternoon. The bottom bedroom is the best one, very cool in both bedroom and bathroom.

The Villa is down a dark alleyway. The sliding door via pool area doesn't close properly and has gaps (still locks). The boards in the pool area became quite dangerous, loose slats and nails sticking out. The pool could have done with a hand rail to get in and out as the steps are very slippery and you don't really know that they are there. The pool area is very sun drenched so the pool water was quite warm, could do with a shade cloth. The aircon isn't very cold upstairs, the aircon mechanic took out repairs however it still didn't seem to be fixed and was leaking water. The ensuite upstairs is extremely hot and the sliding door that enters to the balcony doesn't close properly (still locks), I swapped by mosquitoes. There is also a complete open area that leads from the top balcony to the stair access from the lounge room/dining area. This meant the downstairs aircon was competing with the hot Bali air and was access for mosquitoes to enter.

Loved the pool and balcony. A quiet spot and perfect for everything- 10 minute walk to everthing Seminyak offers.

Absolutely beautiful villa! One of the nicest we’ve stayed in. Very close to all things Seminyak. Worth the money. We wished we could’ve stayed longer!

The rooms were set up with everything you need. Very clean and tidy. Privacy of the rooms. The service and friendly staff were wonderful. We unexpectedly arrived early and the staff were very adaptable and friendly. The location was amazing, with a mini market, pizza shop, nail salon, and laundry, all just a short walk. Beach and flea market about a 10 min walk away. Safe area to stay in with family.

The Geckos were in our Villa every night. However, the staff supplied fly spray for us to use. A simple breakfast could be a good way to offer more I also found it was a bit hard to tell our drivers the address or name of the property. Otherwise we would definitely stay again
