This is a beautiful property that is family run. They restored it (see the amazing before and after photos posted in the courtyard) into an oasis. It is a one bedroom with a small kitchen that is open-concept to a comfortable living room. All of the fixtures are modern while retaining an overall Spanish character. In the hallway there is a long set of windows that open onto a lovely interior courtyard with a fountain. There is a lift/elevator which was welcome when arriving and departing. The family was welcoming, friendly, and accommodating and suggested places to eat and things to see on our stay. It is a quieter neighborhood but within easy walking distance of markets and wonderful restaurants.

The apartment was beautiful, very clean, and comfortable. The location is perfect to visit the Alhambra and all other sites in Granada. A very nice place!

The only slight negative - the stone floors are very cold in the winter, so slippers would have been nice, but this is a small detail

Shower tiny. Personally I would like to have a loose bed sheet between the fitted sheet and the duvet.

The entire building, but also the apartment, is beautifully renovated and decorated, with attention to details. You can see the host's effort to provide guests with a pleasant, comfortable atmosphere. Paco will provide you with a complete list of information that we found very useful and for which we thank him.

You will not find the address easily. I advise you to notify Paco ahead of time if you are late for check-in, otherwise you will risk, in addition to the problems you encounter, receiving a sharper reaction from him.

The apartment is truly amazing! Really big living room with ideally equipment kitchen corner, cosy bedroom and comfortable bathroom. This old building is completely renovated, with many beautiful decorations. Traditional patio with real water stream is just incredible! You will love that place :) But first of all there is great host and owner Paco! He is still in touch on whatsup, sends precise instructions, important informations and many amazing recommendations of restaurants and finest things in Grenada. We also found welcome bottle very good wine in our room :)

Breakfast made in apartment. Excellent supermarkets very near. Location very central to services - taxis, buses - all attractions. It is possible to walk to all sights however it can be hot depending on the weather.
